Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in patient care coordination, customer service, medical administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and visitors.
• Willingness and ability to relocate and work in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care between patients and medical staff.
• Follow up on appointments, patient visits, and care plans.
• Assist patients with treatment procedures and required documentation.
• Educate patients about clinic services, therapeutic programs, and appointment requirements.
• Provide a positive, professional, and patient-centered experience.
