Al Rowad Group for Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified "Manager – Business Applications" to join the IT and Healthcare Applications team for a leading institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Oversee PAS, RCM, HIM systems, and their applications.
• Supervise the integration of medical systems (Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Medical Devices).
• Manage application support, troubleshooting, system changes, and upgrades.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Optimize clinical workflows, healthcare digital transformation, and EMR improvement initiatives.
• Oversee data management, user access control, and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Lead the business applications and EMR team, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in EMR/EHR systems (Experience with InterSystems TrakCare is highly preferred).
• Solid knowledge of PAS, ADT, MPI, RCM, HIM, medical records management, billing, and insurance.
• Good understanding of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and system integration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and creating dashboards/reports.
• Knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations (NPHIES, PDPL, MOH/CHI).
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to work 48 hours per week and provide on-call support.
• Professional certifications such as CPHIMS, PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, or EMR-specific certifications are preferred.
