Al Rowad Group for Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified "Real Estate Development Project Manager" to join a promising real estate development company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:
• Fully supervise the execution of real estate development projects from design to final handover.
• Prepare bills of quantities, project schedules, and manage quality control, costs, and risks.
• Submit regular progress reports to management and monitor project KPIs.
• Manage contractor invoices, progress payments, and labor schedules.
• Monitor project workflow and ensure strict compliance with planned timelines and schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering (Architecture background is highly preferred).
• Professional certifications in project management or a PMP certification are preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in real estate development projects, preferably with exposure to multi-use residential projects.
• Proficiency in using project management software and technical tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decisive decision-making skills.
