Al Rowad Group for Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified "Senior Site Civil Engineer" to join a leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise civil, structural, and finishing works on site.
• Manage and coordinate site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Track project progress, site productivity, and quality of execution.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and Method Statements.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, Technical Office, QA/QC, and Planning departments.
• Identify and resolve technical problems and site execution constraints.
• Interface effectively across multi-disciplinary teams to reduce rework and delays.
• Monitor compliance with project constraints, safety standards, and approved building codes.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in construction.
• Strong on-site expertise in civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• High capability to read, review, and coordinate structural blueprints, shop drawings, and execution details.
• Practical knowledge or experience with engineering software like ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Previous experience in construction projects inside Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Experience in Procore and/or Primavera P6 is considered a strong plus.
• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor is preferred.
