Al Rowad Group for Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified "Factory Manager" to join a leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Key Responsibilities:
• Fully supervise factory operations and production line performance.
• Ensure production plans and operational targets are achieved according to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and lead production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams.
• Monitor production line efficiency, minimizing downtime and reducing waste.
• Continuously develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational results, and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP / GMP standards and SFDA requirements.
• Lead, develop, and improve the productivity of a multinational workforce.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in factory management and operations.
• Proven practical experience in Water, Carbonated Beverage, or Food Manufacturing factories.
• Direct experience in operating and managing production lines (Experience with Krones equipment is highly preferred).
• Solid experience in preparing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strong background in production management, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to handle production planning and meet operational targets.
• Strong experience in managing and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Robust knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP / GMP).
• Familiarity with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements and inspection readiness.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing multinational teams.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (Written and Spoken).
