Al Rowad Group for Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified "Construction Manager" to join a leading Saudi group in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all construction activities from project initiation to final completion.
• Supervise project execution in alignment with approved shop drawings, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage on-site operations, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Prepare and track project timelines, progress reports, and cost controls.
• Identify site risks and implementation constraints, executing appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with project management teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely project delivery through optimized resource allocation.
• Maintain the highest quality standards matching project designs and goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction management (Large-scale and complex project experience is highly preferred).
• Proven track record in managing and developing major construction projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, execution techniques, contracts, and project control systems.
• Solid background in financial management and cost control.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and consultants.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
