Al Rowad Group for Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified "Supply Chain Manager" to join a leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management of procurement, warehousing, logistics, transportation, inventory control, and demand/supply planning.
• Oversee import and export operations, ocean/land freight, freight forwarders, and customs clearance.
• Analyze and manage supply chain costs to minimize operational expenses.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and build long-term relationships.
• Plan purchasing requirements ensuring constant availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams to maximize productivity.
• Monitor performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regular reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in supply chain management, including a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in factory environments; experience in FMCG, particularly water, beverage, or food manufacturing factories, is highly preferred.
• High proficiency in working with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, report writing, and KPI management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills.
