Al Rowad Group for Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified "Tendering Engineer (Civil / Architectural)" to join a leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimations for civil and architectural works.
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Compile and finalize comprehensive technical and financial tender proposals.
• Ensure full compliance with tender requirements and client deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of solid professional experience in tendering, estimation, and bidding processes within construction.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• High capability to manage complex estimation tasks, handle work pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
• Full readiness to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
